Centered Wellness is the home of Yoga for Life.  We occupy a spacious facility at 1410 West Morehead Street that includes two yoga studios with floating hardwood floors, showers, a small retail space and offices for six wellness practitioners. We also have LOTS of paved parking, great visibility and easy access from uptown, I-77 and I-85.

The studio provides wonderful yoga and meditation opportunities through a full calendar of 30+ classes each week.  We also offer weekend workshops on specialized topics.

A place to get away from the stresses of life and learn a way of taking care of and loving ourselves through the practices of yoga, meditation, Elixir Qiging and Nia.
